Helped in scaling the business internationally. Money and time limited. Developed a MVP to challenge raising CACs and increase Top-line growth. Optimizing onboarding processes, customer validation and operational scaling.
A student-led initiative fostering entrepreneurial growth in the Portuguese startup ecosystem.
